Chicago Neighborhood Development Awards- LBBA honored to receive first place award

The 18th annual LISC Chicago Neighborhood Development Awards were celebrated this past Tuesday at Chicago Hilton and Towers. The event marked the 15th Anniversary of the Richard H. Driehaus Foundation Award for Architectural excellence in Community Design, an annual celebration of community achievement that focuses on good design amongst Chicago’s neighborhoods that “inspire people and celebrate community.” LBBA is really excited to have received the Driehaus Foundation Award for Architectural Excellence, first place, this year for the Roseland Senior Campus project. Congratulations to Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago for achieving the Outstanding Non Profit Neighborhood Real Estate Project for Roseland Place, and to Sol Flores, Executive Director of La Casa Norte for winning the Private Bank Norman Bobins Leadership Award.
