Dominik Soltys, LEED AP

Dominik Soltys is a Senior Associate at LBBA. He has focused his architectural career on the development of sensible and practical applications of technology in the context of affordable housing and commercial space. His engagement in the entire process encompasses planning, code research/review, technical assistance/evaluation, and construction observation. He endeavors to combine design and detailing to produce elegant, efficient, and occupant-oriented solutions.

Dominik’s technical background and inherent understanding of construction, sustainable practices, material research, and planning are valuable assets to the team as a whole. Since joining LBBA, he has designed and managed a full range of projects from scattered-site affordable housing, commercial buildouts, industrial programs, moderate to gut rehabs, and high rise rehabilitation projects; each requiring thorough on-site evaluation and documentation. His ability to communicate technical issues clearly and concisely with all stakeholders has contributed greatly to effective and high-quality building design.
